CCI Welcomes OSHA Regional Labor Liaison to the Team
Jim Touey Brings Wealth of Knowledge and Experience to Growing Safety Consulting Firm
Compliance Consultants, Inc. (CCI), a family and women-owned safety consulting company located in Folsom, PA, announces the addition of Jim Touey as a Compliance Specialist, further strengthening its team of experienced safety professionals.
Having recently been named one of the Philadelphia 100 Forum’s fastest growing companies in the region, CCI brings Jim on at a time of growth and regional expansion. CCI has clients in the mid-Atlantic region and is expanding into Baltimore, Harrisburg, and Georgia.
Jim’s decades of experience working for OSHA’s Philadelphia region office have provided him with a level of expertise in labor-management and relations, building collaborative teams, and conflict mediation/resolution. Jim now brings this wealth of knowledge to the CCI team.
In his new role with CCI, Jim will provide strategic input to help clients build effective, proactive safety cultures. He will also play a key role in supporting our clients with OSHA compliance and inspections, implementing safety programs, facilitating safety committees, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Jim will also deliver training sessions on a variety of safety topics and recommend development, customization, and continual improvement of training materials. As CCI continues to grow, Jim will also play a key role in staff mentoring and development.

In his positions at OSHA/Philadelphia Region, Jim served as the primary advisor to the OSHA Regional Management team relating to program and policy matters involving external labor-management relations and issues resulting from OSHA enforcement and outreach activities.
In his most recent role as Special Assistant to the Regional Administrator at OSHA/Philadelphia Region, he was instrumental in developing a strategic plan that aligned with the broader Regional and National OSHA strategic mission.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Occupational Safety & Health from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA, and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from Community College of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA.
