Instructor-Led Online Safety Training

It’s not always practical to deliver safety training in person, especially in today’s environment. But you still want to ensure quality training that your employees will understand and use.

Virtual Instructor-Led Training, or VILT, is delivered in a virtual environment with the trainer and attendees in separate locations. If your employees can access Zoom or Microsoft Teams, they can participate in a virtual instructor-led training program. This format allows students to interact with the safety professional, asking questions and receiving guidance. VILT provides a better experience than other online safety training options, where the student works through the material on their own.

VILT is also a great way to supplement current in-person training. By using online platforms to deliver training content, it helps fill in the gaps when onsite training is unfeasible.
