A Personalized Health & Safety Program
The foundation of any company’s safety culture is an individually tailored health & safety policy or program (HASP) which addresses your organization’s specific needs. This personalized program enables your organization to implement the necessary processes for continuous improvement, address any potential and actual workplace hazards, and establish accountability at all levels of your organization.
Implement Regular Safety Inspections
The second key ingredient of your company’s safety culture is regular worksite safety inspections. Your HASP is a living document, and is only effective if it is consistently put into practice.
