Compliance Consultants, Inc. and Tester Construction Group (TCG) have had a long-standing partnership with the goal of maintaining a culture of safety for their organization. CCI works very closely with the Tester team to manage and implement their Health & Safety Programs, Hazard Communication Program, and performs Bi-Weekly Safety Inspections on all their projects.
When Mike Tester founded TCG , he immediately began working to create a Health & Safety Program and implement safety inspections on his projects. Mike always supported a “Culture of Safety” and appreciated that the mission and approach at CCI was not that of typical safety firms he’d known in the past.
From year of working with CCI, Mike knew that the CCI team was easily approachable and supportive. As TCG grew and needed a full-time safety director, Mike maintained the professional relationship with CCI.
Community Involvement and Relationship Building . . . and a Referral
Mike Tester sits on the advisory board for Habitat for Humanity in Philadelphia. When their national office pressured them to assess and create a Health & Safety Program, Habitat looked to their advisory board for recommendations on companies who could provide these services.
Upon review, the Philadelphia team determined that while its Philadelphia office had policies in place, they needed a devoted and separate program specifically surrounding health and safety. That’s when Mike Tester referred CCI.

After a standard RFP process, and thanks to the experience and confidence that Mike had in CCI, CCI will be working closely with Habitat for Humanity’s management team to create and implement a full Health & Safety Program that will cover all employees, contractors and volunteers. Work will encompass reviewing current policies and revising and adding to them to meet the needs of HFHP’s multiple build and renovation sites, warehouses, office, and reStore.
